Mole-Zap: Steps for Use

  1. Secure the cylinder on the applicator by threading clockwise to secure airtight seal. ALWAYS HOLD CYLINDER UPRIGHT while in use. NEVER REMOVE CYLINDER UNTIL EMPTY / COMPLETELY EXHAUSTED!
  2. Ensure holes on probe are below mound surface.
  3. Treat each mound/burrow every five to six feet in length in five-second intervals or until cylinder is completely exhausted.
  4. The effects of MOLE ZAP are immediate, but the soil conditions may effect the time needed for treatment. Additional applications may be needed based upon the size of the mound and activity of the moles.

Usage Suggestions

  1. If you are not sure it is an active tunnel then walk down all tunnels with feet and check next day for new tunnels- treat those.
  2.  If ground has been really dry- water area prior to treatment.

  2. A small amount of talcum powder applied where probe meets shield greatly reduces the ant’s ability to crawl up probe. Ensure holes on probe are below mound surface.
  3. Treat each individual mound at Four (4) separate locations at 5 second intervals or until cylinder is completely exhausted.
  4. The effects of ANT ZAP are immediate, but the soil conditions may effect the time needed for treatment. Additional applications may be needed based upon the size of the mound and activity of the ants.

Usage Suggestions

  1. The use of talcum powder on the tube can prevent ants from crawling up the tube while in use.
  2. Remember that it could take up to 3 days for all of the ants in the mound to be killed.
